Guests knew they were in for a special wedding celebration when they recieved their very fancy and formal invitations in the mail!

Ellen’s dress was absolutely stunning!  It had so many fine details in the beading, crystals and lace.  This dress is truly fit for a Princess!

Watch out! Here come the Bridesmaids!  All looking chic in their cute hoodies, leggin’s and Uggs!

While the girls spent hours getting ready, Matthew and the boys chilled out and played some cards.  Here Matthew is reading Ellen’s sweet letter.  It must have been a good one because he laughed AND cried while reading it (we didn’t want to embarrass him by posting the photos of him shedding a few tears!).

Matthew wrote Ellen a letter too.  Super sweet idea!

I love this picture of Ellen and her girls!  They are really close and happy group!

The boys begin their photo shoot with this Beatles-Esq photo opp.  The bridge between the Crowne Plaza and the old Union Station is a perfect place for cool pictures!

I am IN LOVE with her dress!!  Her train is SO impressive!

Love this shot Erin Hession got of Ellen.  Her cat eyes were done perfectly by Karen Hall and Co as she hid behind her beautiful bouquet designed by Angie Kenley at Bokay Florist.

Black Magic Roses, Cream roses, Deep Purple Calla Lilies, hydrangeas,  and purple berries were some of the flowers used to adorn Ellen’s gorgeous bridal bouquet.

Ellen’s stems were wrapped in a campaign ribbon with silver and gold bouillon.  Her rosary was then wrapped into her bouquet as well.  Beautiful!!

Love love LOVE this shot of all the bouquets!  These carefully chosen flowers, as well as their drippy pearl necklaces gave the girls a bit of a vintage, yet elegant look!

Ellen and Matthew were lucky enough to have chosen a beautiful, crisp fall afternoon to wed.  They married at Saint John’s Catholic Church, downtown Indianapolis.  Notice the Jolly Trolly outside the church, which was used to transport the bridal party!  How fun!

The church was decorated with these simple, yet sweet pew clusters made up of hydrangeas, stock and baby pink roses!

Matthew waits for his bride to walk down the aisle.  He hasn’t seen her yet today!

They did it!!  Husband and wife finally!!

The cathedral was a beautiful setting for some gorgeous pictures of everyone.

I LOVE this shot!  Erin used Ellen’s train and the beautiful stained glass and ceilings to create a stunning picture.  She always has great ideas for perfect pictures!

All Aboard!  The bridal party carefully arranges Ellen’s train as they board the Jolly Trolly to be taken to a photo shoot around the city!

The first stop the cute couple made was down the street from the State House.  All traffic will always stop willingly for a new bride and groom!

Their next stop was Monument Circle.  Ellen’s veil was nearly as impressive as her train as the wind picked it up and blew it!

The Monument is ready for Christmas time, but Ellen and Matthew only have one thing on their mind: Each Other!

Matthew seems to enjoy all the attention he’s getting from the ladies.  While all the men seem to adore Ellen as well!

These bridesmaids are freezing, and ready to get into the warm reception.  However, thank goodness for those warm winter coats that compliment their beautiful formal dresses!  Love this picture!

Also lovin’ the Uggs!  What a great alternative to tall, uncomfortabl heels!  Love how down to earth these girls were!

Guess we know what’s going on their Christmas cards!!

Hey, Matthew is taking Erin’s job!!  Don’t worry, Erin is like the paparazi and is everywhere!  Loved how she captured a picture in a picture!

The Crowne Plaza, also known as the old Union Station, is a picture perfect setting for a wedding reception or large event of any kind!

Paige from Sweet Seductions once again out did herself with this lavish cake, which she displayed on top of a gold platter.  The layers were decorated with crystals, which dazzled in the lighting.  Bokay decorated the base of the cake with beautiful roses and hydrangeas to match the flowers used in the ceremony.

The escort table was well lit with votives.  The table was covered in yellow and orange rose petals.  A curly willow tree with hanging votives adorned the middle of the table to give the entrance to the reception a truly elegant look.

Ellen used a birdcage borrowed and decorated  by Bokay Florist, for guests to place their cards in.  The birdcage was draped in navy blue satin ribbon, gold and silver tinted sheer ribbon and elegant pearls to match the beautiful ones Ellen’s bridesmaids wore!

Ellen chose three different guest table designs.  This one was a candle creation with clusters of florals at the base.

Ellen chose a tall floral piece as well.  The floral sat on a tall fluted pilsner half filled with the same rose petals that adorned the escort and head tables  The floral piece was designed using much delicate foliage, dripping Ruskus, gold flowers, roses, white hydrangeas, Calcenyia, Navy Delphinium and curly willow.  It truly fit perfectly into the large reception hall’s ambience.

The head table was lined with votives and rose petals.  The girls put their bouquets in vases and tall golden candles were at each end of the table.

Ellen found beautiful gold numbers to use as table numbers.  She found extra to help decorate the reception with her wedding date!

Tall pilsners were placed in the middle of cocktail tables with a light disk and lampshade to luminate the cocktail hour.  Navy Blue linens were placed on tables with an ivory sash used as a runner to dress up the table.  Guests enjoyed lovely hors d’ oeuvres of butternut squash bisque with creme fraishe and toasted pumpkin seeds, assorted sushi, wild mushroom and caramelized onion tarts, and country brie and spiced apple chutney in phyllo cups.  So delicious!!

Instead of wedding favors Ellen and Matthew opted for placing a donation to to the American Heart Association in the name of every guest.

After dinner it was time to cut the cake!  They cut their beautiful cake as the song ‘Sweet Thing’ by Keith Urban played in the background.

After the cake cutting and toasts Ellen and Matthew shared a very special moment as they enjoyed their first dance together.  They danced to ‘Everything’ by Lifehouse.

Ellen danced around before tossing her bouquet!  I love this picture of Ellen as it shows her having a really great time!  She tossed the bouquet to the song ‘Beautiful Girls’ by Van Halen.  The girls fought for that one, but only one lucky bridesmaid would prevail!

Ellen looks embarressed as Matthew begins to take the garter off.  ‘Hot For Teacher’ was played during this traditional wedding staple!

Matthew and some of his boys have a great time being performers and entertaining guests during the reception!

While guests were still having a blast inside, Erin took a moment to steal the bride and groom away to get a few more creative shots.  I love the idea of using sparklers to capture creative pictures!  Erin never stops surprising us with her great ideas!

I think Ellen and Matthew are ready to begin their honeymoon!  Love these sweet pictures!

Late night snacks of nachos were brought out at 11:00 for guests to snack on before the party wound down.

A perfect way to end their fairy tale day, being whisked away in a white horse drawn carriage!

Lindsey and Caleb decided to get married on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in November.  They were married at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Lafayette.

 Lindsey and Caleb did not see each other before the ceremony.  Here Caleb stands at the alter, waiting for his new bride to walk down the aisle!  You can just see how excited he is!!!

Lindsey was such a sweet girl, and she took sweet pictures!  Her shoes and jewelry were also fabulous! She wore elegant pearls with some sparkly diamonds!

The couple decided on a photographer out of Lafayette, Ed Lausch.  I love this picture and how he pulled the colors out of the beautiful stained glass in the sanctuary!

 Lindsey is adored by her adorable flower girl, Delaney!  They both look like princesses!

 It’s official!  They signed the wedding license!  What a happy moment!

    What a fun bridal party!  Love this picture of the boys and girls in black and white.  They must like each other, as they squished together to take pictures.  I also loved how their photographer lined the boys up behind Lindsey.  Very creative!

Caleb and Lindsey left the church to their family and friends celebrating their new marriage!  Rose petals were thrown on them to to show their happiness!!

Lindsey and Caleb had their reception at the Lafayette Theater.  It had a vintage feel with the lights announcing their marriage.  Their photographer also offers the option for the couple to use an antique car.  This is really cool for pictures, as well as a unique ride for the new couple!  Caleb and Lindsey travelled in their antique car for their photography shoot at Purdue and then on to the reception.  Their bridal party rode high class as well, in a limo!!  While they were taking pictures, the guests enjoyed cocktails and hors D’oeuvres as well as a video montage of the couple.

The tables are set with ivory linens and eggplant napkins.  They were adorned with floral centerpieces and lit with votive candles for a warm and romantic feel.

The bride chose the ever tasteful white calla lilies as her focal flower.  This was complimented with limonia, white mums and variegated pit.  Beautiful!

    To help entertain guests, the couple placed a wedding coloring book and crayons at seats!  Fun idea!

 Mammaw’s Sweet Shoppe did a lovely job with the cake.  It was decorated with the bridal flowers and purple ribbon.  Not only was it pretty, but it was really tasty too!

Congratulations to the newly weds!!  Lindsey and Caleb share a moment, and glasses of champaign in their antique car.  It truly was a fun night!

We received the sweetest thank you card from Andrew and Laurie and we wanted to share!  They were married on September 17, 2011 at The Scottish Rite Cathedral!  The photograph is provided by the fabulous Jamie Sangar Photography!

“What an amazing wedding!  Andrew and I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make our day so special.  From the pre-planning fun of finding vendors, to making seating charts, to the day of activities, you held our hand through all of it.  Not once did we feel stressed, overwhelmed or anxious.  Your timelines and checklists helped keep us on track and feeling in control.  Our wedding days was a dream come true.  You can your team did an amazing job of ensuring that everything went smoothly and ensuring that Andrew and I had the time of our lives (which we did!).  Thank you for all the hard work you put into the day.  The compliments we’ve received on the wedding and on A Touch of Elegance’s work is a true testament to what an amazing job you did.  Thank you for letting Andrew and I focus on each other and not worry about all the details on our big day.  Not only did Andrew and I enjoy our time but so did our families.  They got to celebrate with us feeling completely relaxed, happy and stress-free.  Thank you so much for making our day so absolutely wonderful!  We cannot say thank you enough for all your hard work, time and patience.”

Save the Date!!  Finally, December 31st, 2009 had arrived!  It was WEDDING TIME!

What a cute idea to begin the wedding festivities!!

The boys don’t take nearly as long to get ready as the girls, but they do need a little help to look this good, like putting their ties on!

The Maid of Honor performing her duties by helping the bride with her dress and making sure her veil doesn’t get tangled in the car!  The sweatshirts are adorable too!!

The girls finished getting ready at the Indianapolis Marion County Public Library where the ceremony and reception was held.

Instead of taking pictures after the ceremony, Lauren and Evan chose to take the majority of their pictures before the ceremony.  So their fabulous photographer Erin set up a reveal.  This way the groom was surprised to see his bride for the first time.  Check out Erin’s awesome blog of this magical day here!!

A very special moment captured on film!

 Because our couple was SO photogenic, and because Erin Hession is an amazing photographer, there are so many pictures I love from this wedding, that I couldn’t choose just a couple.  Enjoy the next several pictures as the couple and their bridal party took part in a fun photo shoot, taking full advantage of the many photo opportunities the Library has to offer!

There will be plenty of time for reading on the plane to their honeymoon. Can you guess where they are going?!

No time to read boys!  It’s time to get married!

Angie and Janet from Bokay Florist did another incredible job with Lauren’s beautiful, eye catching bouquet!

The girls had stunning bouquets too, as they showed off white calla lillies wrapped in plum ribbon and silver bouillion.  Super elegant and classy!

I LOVE this picture!  You can tell how much fun they are having, especially Lauren!  And why shouldn’t she, it is her day!

Lauren should be a model!!  The camera LOVES her!!  Indianapolis has such a pretty skyline, that I adore this picture. 

 You can’t hide! Erin is like the paparazi!  If there is a good photographic to be taken, she’ll find it!

It’s wedding time!  The mothers light the candles for the unity piece.  Evan’s mother was also the officiant.  How special!  The ceremony took place in the lobby (Simon Reading Room) of the Library.  The transformation from entry way to ceremony is incredible.  Bokay Florist, as well as A Touch of Elegance, always has creative ideas to make the space a fairy tale place to tie the knot!

Evans Audio Visual did an amazing job with the purple uplighting to create a really romantic look!

 Mr. and Mrs. Evan Shook!!

The reception was set up in the library.  Plum uplighting was shot up into the ceiling to make the reception hall stunning.  Candles helped to light the tables giving the entire party a very romantic and festive feel! 

Evans Audio Visual did an incredible job making the entire library light up.  It looked so magical!

 As always, Angie and Janet at Bokay Florist did an incredible job designing pieces to compliment the enormous library.  Lauren decided to use some tall center pieces on top of large pilsners, with calla lilies and dripping orchids and greenery.  She also used short vased pieces with purple and white dendrobium orchids and silver bear grass as well as tall cylinders with beautiful white calla lilies artfully designed inside.  All of the flowers used were so tasteful.  Candles were placed on all tables to light the darker room and make the reception intimate and romantic.

The head table was lined with candles that flickered all evening long!

Paige Hayes from Sweet Seductions baked and designed a perfect cake!  Check out close up pictures of the inscriptions that Evan and Lauren used to describe their wedding day.  Words such as ‘Beautiful’, ‘Fairy Tale’, and ‘Happily Ever After’.  I LOVE this idea!!!

Evan and Lauren were nice to each other as they sweetly fed each other cake.  The cake was remarkable as it had 6 tiers with 5 different flavors!  White cake with raspberry filling, Devils food cake with chocolate truffle filling, lemon cake with lemon filling, almond poppy seed with cream cheese filling and white cake with cream cheese filling…so yummy!!!

Evan and Lauren rented a photo booth to help capture all the moments of their wedding that surely went by too quickly.  A photo booth is an awesome new trend that helps you remember all the special people who were able to share the day with you, and record the silly moments that you may have missed during the reception!

 Lauren laughs as her Maid of Honor gave her toast.  Evan’s Best Man, Bret, also gave a great toast!

Evan and Lauren danced their first dance slowly to Pearl Jam’s, “Just Breathe.”  I love how Erin captured the lighting and shadows in this picture.  Such a beautiful shot.

 Evan and Lauren thanked their guests for coming by setting up a table filled with candy.  They chose a theme of black and white candy consisting of white wedding conversation hearts, black gummies and licorice, silver jordan almonds and Hershey kisses, purple M&Ms and sugar plums.  Guests were able to fill up small bags with whatever they chose.  Jamee Bryant from Setting The Mood decorated the table with clocks and disco balls to remind guests that not only was it a wedding, but it was also NEW YEARS EVE!

 Don’t forget to grab a horn so you can help ring in the New Year!!  These horns also doubled as guest name cards!  They also made sure there was a clock on each table.  This not only helped guests find their correct table, but it allowed guests to keep track of the time so they could count down to midnight!  The clocks were pre-set to midnight so they all went off at 12:00, such a fun idea!!

The Bride and Groom decided to feature a band for live music. The Souled Out Band was AMAZING!  They were great entertainment to listen to and for dancing!

The card box was made by Lauren’s mother with beautiful silver and black Christmas wrapping paper and plum sheer ribbon to incorporate all of their colors!  A picture book was put on the table as a guest book.

 Guests were not allowed to go hungry through ut the evening.  Evan and Lauren provided guests with french fries in cones and a nacho bar!  What a yummy midnight treat after all the dancing guests did worked up an appetite!

Remember, the wedding celebration was also a New Years Eve party!  Of course party hats and horns were supplied to keep the party festive so that Evan and Lauren could ring in the new year with all of their favorite people!

 We had a TERRIFIC time celebrating with the new Mr. and Mrs. Shook!

The Count Down was ON!  10….9…8…7…6…5…4…3…2…1……..

 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

What a perfect way to begin 2010….as man and wife!!

 As if appetizers, dinner, cake, candy, and midnight snacks weren’t enough, Lauren and Evan offered donuts and coffee at midnight to give guests a little extra sugar and keep the party rocking!  Talk about excellent party hosts!

Finally, at 1:00am it was time to say good night.  Lauren and Evan had their grand exit with family and friends looking on, as they climbed into their limo.  Even though they had the perfect wedding, they had a honeymoon to get to in JAMAICA!

 Tom and Meghan had a beautiful June day to get married!  And we had so much fun celebrating with them!

The sweet flower girls, Harper and Maleigh, have their moment to shine as they walk down the aisle dropping their petals!

 The mothers, Traci McCormick and Kathy Means, light the unity candle tapers that signify the bride and groom.

 I love seeing the groom’s face as he catches the first look of his very soon to be wife!  His face is always priceless, and Tom was no exception!

 The Father of the Bride, Alan, walks Meghan down the aisle!  What a proud moment for him!

 First United Methodist Church, on 38th Street, is absolutely stunning!  The architecure of the cathedral surely made this wedding ceremony feel like a fairy tale wedding!

“By the power given to me by the state of Indiana, I now pronounce you man and wife!  You may kiss your bride!” 

 The happy newlyweds exit the church to the cheers of their family and friends.  What a joyful moment for everyone!

I LOVE Meghan’s train!  It’s unique and absolutely stunning!

 The two families are now joined together!  Such a happy day!

 After the ceremony the wedding party had a blast at their photo shoot!  They went downtown to the canal to take serious and fun pictures!  They are a gorgeous bunch!

 Meghan decided on all white with her bridal bouquet.  And as always, Bokay Florist, created her a masterpiece!

 Love the attitude Meghan gives with that hand on her hip!  She could be a model for sure. 

 And Tom was lucky to have the gorgeous ladies surrounding him for his picture!  Love those blue dresses!

 HIP HIP HOORAAAAY!  TOM AND MEGHAN ARE MARRIED!!!!!! Girls just wanna have fun!  It’s great seeing silly, care free pictures like this! 

 Meghan and her bouquet are timeless and elegant.  She couldn’t have picked a better look!

 A beautiful couple, a beautiful day, and beautiful pictures!  Jamie Sanger did an amazing job taking pictures of the bridal party and all of the day’s events!

The Indiana Roof Ballroom is an amazing venue.  It feels a little bit like you’re on stgte in a big production and a little bit like you’re in Italy.  Either way it makes you feel, it’s a perfect place for any one who wants a romantic feel to have their reception!

The cocktail tables were decorated with large martini glasses and floating lilies.  A speciality drink was served called ‘The Blushing Bride.’  The centerpieces on the tables were beautifully and very elegantly done.  There were three different designs.  One was a low floral piece with Meghan’s colors of purples and blues.  Another was the one that you see here, the calla lilies in tall cylinder vases, and the last was a large floral arrangement to match the lower one, placed on top of a tall pilsner.  The colors and designs were a perfect look to compliment the ambiance of the IRT.  The menu was fabulous and the guests were able to enjoy their chocolate gifts when waiting to greet the bridal party!

 The head table was fit for a King and Queen!

A memory table was set up to pay tribute to those who could not be here.  Tom and Meghan’s unity piece from the church was used to help decorate the pictures of their loved ones. 

The bridal party had fun with their introductions!  The girls wrapped themselves in fancy white boas and danced in with their groomsmen to the song “I Gotta Feeling” by the Black Eyed Peas!

 The new Mr. and Mrs. Means entered admist cheers from their family and friends after the famous Thunderstorm that the Indiana Roof Ballroom provides!

 As always, Paige, from Sweet Seductions made and designed a beautiful cake!  Angie, from Bokay Florist, finished decorating the cake by cascading flowers down the side of the cake.  The topper was very cute as well showing off their allegience to Purdue University!

 Meghan and Tom were kind to each other as they cut and tasted their cake.  They cut the cake together as the song “Amazed” by Lonestar played.

 Meghan chose to use crackled vases for her girls to put their bouquets in.  When the light caught the glass, they sparkled and made the decor even more stunning.  As the guests were served their meals, “Be Our Guest” was played by Mark, from Grapevine Productions!

Meghan and Tom enjoyed every moment of their first dance as they danced to “Lost in this Moment” by Big and Rich.  They were certainly lost in each other during their very special moment! 

 Next it was the Father of the Bride’s turn to dance with his daughter.  They danced to “I Loved Her First” by Heartland, while Tom and his mother chose to dance to “Perfect Fan”‘ by the Backstreet Boys!

 Now it was time for everyone to dance! And boy did they!  These guests had a great time dancing all night long!

 I absolutely loved how Meghan was able to throw her toss bouquet from the balcony!  It reminded me of Rapunzel or Juliet; but this was a real life Princess story!  She threw her bouquet as the song “This Ones For the Girls” by Martina McBride played. All the singles ladies went crazy as they each wanted to catch her beautiful toss bouquet!!

And Tom was able to fling Meghan’s garter off a balcony as well.  He chose a classic rock and roll piece for the boys to fight over the garter to:  “Shook Me All Night Long” by AC/DC!

Guests got hungry as they danced the night away!  So Meghan and Tom were great hosts and supplied mini cheeseburgers and french fries served in cones as a late night snack! 

 What a great party to celebrate Tom and Meghan!  And now this happy couple can begin living happily ever after!

The day was absolutely perfect and we had a great time celebrating this new union.  However, as always, we couldn’t have pulled it off with out the help of our AWESOME vendors!!  Shout outs to all and Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Means!!

 Jessica’s dress arrived the morning of her wedding.  Thanks to the Posie Patch and Dianne Frewer from A Fitting Creation, it made her look like a true Princess!  David & Jessica’s theme has been Cinderella since their engagement!  David even proposed to Jessica dressed in a Prince Charming suit and Jessica in a Princess gown!

Lindsay Johnson from Lindsay Wilson Photography did an awesome job taking creative pictures of things that were so important to the couple like their beautiful wedding rings displayed on the Bible and Jessica’s sweet bouquet which popped off of one of the groomsmen’s old car!

 David and Jessica opted to do a reveal before the ceremony.  Here they share a special moment on their big day!

Bokay Florist always does an amazing job for our brides and Jessica was no exception.  Jessica chose to mainly use different shades of pink roses as well as white and delicate calcynia to fill in.

 THE BEAUTIFUL BRIDE!!!!!!!!!  (Also known as Deborah’s niece and Cassie’s cousin!)

 David and Jessica were married at 3:30 in the afternoon at Lakeview Church in Indianapolis.  The wedding party entered the ceremony to ‘Only the Beginning of an Adventure’ from the Chronicles of Narnia while Jessica walked with her father to the ‘Fanfare, Only The Begining Of An Adventure.’ 

 Paige Hayes from Sweet Seductions did a fabulous job as always with the cake!  The cake had a Cinderella and Prince Charming ceramic topper on top, and rose petals and votives surounding the base.  Not only did it look beautiful, but it tasted wonderful!

 After cutting the cake to the song ‘Sugar, Sugar’, toasts were given by the Maid of Honor, and the brides’s sister, Tiffany and tbe best man and friend, Brandon Peterson.  Both David and Jessica thanked their guests and Jessica’s father, Gary, gave a very heartfelt and emotional speech. 

After a delicious dinner catered by Grafton Peek Catering, at the Strong Crown Room in Brownsburg, a night of dancing commenced!

Jessica and David shared their special first dance as husband and wife to the song ‘So This Is Love.’  Jessica’s first dance with her father was shared while dancing to Heartland’s ‘I Loved Her First.’ 

 Again, Bokay Florist did a fabulous job with the centerpieces which included white hydrangeas, pink and cream stock and pink roses and calcynia.  A very elegant look to go along with a very elegant evening.

 Jessica was able to share her perfect day with two very important people:  Her sisters!  Her Maid of Honor was her younger sister Tiffany and another bridesmaid was her younger sister Danielle!

 Jessica and David made their grand departure as guests waved them off with sparklers!  I love this picture of Jessica, you can definitly see that she is having the time of her life!  The next morning Jessica and David left on a very early flight to enjoy their honeymoon in JAMAICA!!

 Debra and Antonio wed on October 24th, 2009.  Looking through these pictures you can really tell how much love is shared between them.  Their photographer, Brooke Ward, did a great job of capturing this!

 Debra wore a lovely, delicate flower piece and visor veil in her hair.  It was the perfect accessory for a beautiful bride!

 Debra and Antonio decided on a fall inspired theme using fallen autumn leaves and orange hues to decorate their ceremony and reception.  Bokay Florist did an amazing job designing the altar for Debra and Antonio!  They used orange chiffon, curly willow branches, orange carnation balls and a gold frame to create the perfect fall setting to be married.  Instead of using traditional flowers to decorate the aisle, they decided on beautiful curly willow branches and fallen fall leaves to create a unique and contemporary Fall look!

 After saying ‘I DO!’ and being announced as man and wife, Debra and Antonio walked down the aisle together to ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered’ by Stevie Wonder.

Instead of a traditional guest book, Debra and Antonio opted for a sign in tree.  Guests were instructed to write messages to Debra and Antonio and hang them from their curly willow tree.  The tree was decorated with gem embellishments and hanging copper lights and votive candles.  Such a unique and fun idea!

Debra and Antonio used orange and red flower petals, and large sparkley letters spelling out ‘WE DO’ to help make their cake table extra special! 

Angie Kenley, from Bokay Florist, made Debra a stunning bouquet.  She used orange tropical Protea, mini calla lillies, burgundy dendrobium orchids, and the ever beautiful rose to create the perfect fall look to match her stunning wedding theme!

Gold chargers were used to make the table settings look very elegant.  Metal leaf candle holders, leaves and fall gems were used to add splashes of oranges, yellows and reds on the tables.

The Message tree filled up with notes to Debra and Antonio by the end of the evening!  Other trees were also used around the reception with beautiful crytals and orange carnation balls!

 Their cake and decorated table were absolutely impressive with the leaves, sparkling ‘WE DO’ declaration, lights and of course the purpose of it all, their fabulous cake!  Kyla Garcia was the talented pastry chef who created this beauitful cake!

         Debra and Antonio rented a photo booth from ShutterBooth to capture each memorable moment during their reception.  Guests had a blast posing for silly photos.  A Touch of Elegance even got in on all the fun to celebrate the new marriage and act a little silly!

 Antonio sketched  portraits of the bridal party as part of their wedding party gifts and then the photos were used on wedding day to help decorate the Champagne Room to greet guests.  What a personal, and unique touch!

 Towards the end of the evening, a candy table was set up to thank guests for their support and love.  Fall inspired candies such a pumpkin spice malt balls, carmel apple candy corn, pumpkin pie nougat taffy, chocolate covered sunflower seeds, mini fall leaves chocolates, carmel filled apples and a harvest mix were just some of the choices that guests could choose from.

Debra and Antonio wanted to ensure that guests of all ages had a memoriable evening.  They set up a children’s room with face painting by HugaBug Family Entertainment, activity books and crayons, a movie playing and even bubble gum machines!  Meanwhile the adults had a blast in the Casino Room!  There was a Craps Table, a Blackjack Table, Roulette Table, and a Poker table! 

Debra and Antonio had their perfect wedding and we would like to thank them as well for letting us be a part of their special day!  However it wouldn’t have been possible without these great vendors!

Sally Posz & David Augsburger

I began looking at the calendar to pick the best First Friday to propose.  In
reviewing the possible dates, I realized that my birthday was going to fall on
the first Friday of June.  I quickly decided that this would be the perfect day
to propose…I knew she would not suspect a thing on my birthday.  For all she
knew, we were going to go out with my Brother and his fiancé to celebrate my
birthday.  Perfect!  Furthermore, as a bonus, I would never forget the date on
which I proposed BONUS! – Thank you, Andrew, for realizing that’s how I
roll…

Everyone did a great job of keeping my secret plan over
the next few weeks, even over Memorial Day Weekend – Thank you, Susan .  The
week of my birthday was only a four day work week, and should have been short.
It was the longest four days of my life…
